Spring 2026 Marathon and Half Marathon Training Program

Whether you want to walk your first half marathon or you are trying to qualify for Boston, we are here to provide structure, experience, and guidance through every step of the way. Our Distance Training Program is designed to help you confidently reach your goals.
How do we train? We challenge ourselves and have fun. You do the running, we do the planning.
We provide fully supported, speed-focused workouts led by an experienced coaching team to help you dial in your intensities. Our program includes weekly mileage recommendations and expert guidance through the ups and downs of a progressive, marathon-specific training plan designed to build gradually and minimize injury risk.
You’ll also benefit from proper pace groups and a supportive community to keep you motivated. Training for a marathon is tough, but having a team by your side (and post long run donuts) makes all the difference!
This program leads up to the 2026 Tacoma City Marathon and Half Marathon / BMO Vancouver Marathon and Half Marathon on Sunday May 3rd! Race registration is not included or required for participation!
