
No Boundaries 5K Training Program
Already completed a 5K or graduated from a run/walk program and ready for what’s next? No Boundaries 5K training program is an eight week, running coach led program designed to help you run your next 5K with more strength, confidence and consistency. You’ll get structure, support from mentors and the motivation of a community alongside you. This is a running-focused program for participants who want to build on the achievement of finishing a 5K. You’ll learn how to run stronger, steadier, and feel more confident from start to finish.
No Boundaries 5K Training Program is where that story continues. Here is what to expect on the next journey:
● Kickoff event where you will be able to meet your running coaches and other participants.
● Weekly group workouts led by experience running coaches
● Demo runs, guidance on gear and
● 5K training plan
● Participant shirt
● Halfway celebration
● Race day support
● Post-race celebration
