Our 50K trail running training program is returning for Year 2! After an incredibly successful season last year, we are once again offering this 16 week program geared toward getting you to the finish line of your first, or fifteenth, 50K.
The timing of this program coincides with the Chuckanut 50K on March 21. Race entry is not included. Practices start December 4, 2019 and run through March 18, 2020.
We'll be meeting Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm, with workouts offered at both of our Fleet Feet Seattle locations: Capitol Hill and Ballard.
Saturdays at 8:00 am will be split between long runs in the city and long runs out of town. -- All participants should plan on driving or carpooling on Saturdays, up to 45 minutes from the city.
