Here at Fleet Feet Scottsdale we offer various training and fitness programs designed to meet the needs of every athletic ability level. Programs run at various times throughout the year. Our No Boundaries 5K Training Program will get you from your current fitness level to the finish line of a 5K. While, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome, this program primarily focuses on beginners who are looking to run their first 5K. Our dedicated coaches will be there with you every step of the way supporting you, regardless of your pace. Learn more here.
No Boundaries II is a follow up program to No Boundaries. Participants will again train for a 5K, learning proper pacing and running form all the while working to cross the finish line faster. This program is great for previous No Boundaries participants and can help advance their running skills. Learn more here.
Winter Maintenance: New Program!
We know it can be challenging to stay active during the holiday season. With that in mind, we're starting a new program designed to keep you moving during a busy time of year. Our Winter Maintenance program will emphasize interval, high intensity style training. Workouts will focus on strength, speed and agility. All fitness abilities are welcome and workouts can be tailored to your individual needs. Stay tuned for more details!

Devoted runners of all ages, genders, and athletic ability are welcome to join. We believe bonding with teammates through training runs, social events, and other activities leads to better personal and team results and long-lasting friendships. We recognize that everyone has time-consuming work and family obligations. The Phoenix Free Soles will schedule weekly runs to strengthen team dynamics, but recognize that even the most dedicated runners need flexibility in schedules. Learn more here.
