Join Berta Rewers, our certified yoga instructor for an 8 week Vinyasa Slow Flow/Yin Yoga series. The 60 minute class will meet in Fleet Feet each Thursday evening at 7:30 PM starting December 10th. Yoga is a great cross training exercise for runners and bicyclists as it builds strength, flexibility and balance. You will need to bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle. Class size is limited to 12 participants. Registration is $85.
Drop-ins welcome for $14 per class. You must call Fleet Feet at 219-864-1000 to reserve a drop-in. Drop-ins are only availble if the class has not hit capacity for that evening.
You will need to bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle.
Masks must be worn until you are on your yoga mat.
