Join Berta, our certified yoga instructor, for a two-month Vinyasa Slow Flow/Yin Yoga series. The 60-minute class will meet in Fleet Feet on Thursday evenings at 7:30 pm.
Yoga is a great cross-training exercise for runners and bicyclists as it helps recovery and builds core strength, flexibility, and balance.
Registration for the two-month session is $85.00. Drop-ins are welcome for $14 per session.
Participants should bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle.
The class is limited to 12 participants.
