The Fleet Feet Running Club Savannah is proud to present the 2019 Half-Marathon Training Program!
In this program, participants will be introduced to the training practices and principles of completing a Half-Marathon. A simple assessment run will be conducted on the first day of training to place you in the proper training group and with mentors best suited to help you achieve your goals in this program. Your coaches will also conduct an initial gait analysis to help you understand and learn about the ways you can maximize your efficiency and mobility so you can make every stride count.
This 18 week program is designed to culminate with each participant completing a Half-Marathon race. Your coaches will be creating training prescriptions that are catered to you, your goals, and your current abilities.
