The Fleet Feet Running Club Savannah is proud to present the 2019 10K Training Program!
In this program, participants will be introduced to the practices and principles of getting ready to run a 10k race. A simple assessment run will be conducted on the first day of training to place you in the proper training group and with mentors best suited to help you achieve your goals in this program. Your coaches will also conduct an initial gait analysis to help you understand and learn about the ways you can maximize your efficiency and mobility so you can make every stride count.
This 12 week program is designed to culminate with each participant completing a 10k race. Your coaches will be creating training prescriptions that are catered to you, your goals, and your current abilities.
