No Boundaries is a training program designed for people who are new to running and exercising. While No Boundaries focuses on beginners, ALL LEVELS of walkers and runners are welcome within this program as we can always improve, no matter how experienced or inexperienced we are.
At Fleet Feet Sarasota, our goal is to be more than a running store. We want to move people to MOVE and be a a starting point for people who want to change their lives.
Our 12-Week Program includes:
- Motivational guidance and advice from No Boundaries coaches and mentors
- 2 weekly group training runs/walks
- Educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, stretching, and avoiding injury
- Tee Shirt
- Fleet Feet Sarasota in-store discounts
- FREE access to additional yoga and core strengthening workouts throughout program
- VIP access to Fleet Feet events, swag and fun
- Celebration party!
Program Dates: Kick Off on Feb 21th. 2018 with goal race on May 19th, 2018
Weekly Meeting times: Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7:00am

Goal Race/Graduation Event: Sup & Run 5K on May 19th at Benderson Park
Please note: Goal race registration fee is additional but you will receive a group discount as a program participant. More details to follow on how to register.
