At TeamTony, our mission has always been clear: to ensure that no one on Florida’s Suncoast faces cancer alone. Cancer is a disease that impacts individuals, their families, caregivers, and friends. TeamTony Cancer Foundation was born from the profound understanding of the life-altering moment that accompanies a cancer diagnosis. Recognizing the impact of this pivotal moment, our co-founders, Tony McEachern and Lori Kayser, set out to offer insight and inspiration by connecting those newly diagnosed patients and caregivers with compassionate cancer survivors who have walked a similar path.

In Florida, over 100,000 people will be diagnosed with cancer this year. We offer members of the Suncoast community a lending hand and an open heart during a tremendously challenging and life-altering time. TeamTony Cancer Foundation’s mission is to provide free Person-to-Person cancer support and resources to
cancer fighters, survivors, and caregivers in our local community.

Since our beginning, we have matched over 1.000 cancer fighters and caregivers in the Tri-County area with TeamTony Teammates and provided over  $450,000 in medical financial assistance grants to help alleviate the financial burden that comes with a cancer diagnosis.

Everything we’ve accomplished since our founding in 2010 has been made possible by the incredible generosity of our community. As we continue to walk alongside those impacted by cancer, we invite you to join us for this year’s 9th Annual Gran Fondo Sarasota!

Registration Information:

Registration fees are based on the number of miles chosen to ride – 33 miles, 62 miles or 100 miles. Not up for such a long distance? Choose our 5-mile Cruiser Ride for just $20!
