Ready for some Wine Country running? Our 12-week training program for the Windsor Green Half Marathon and 10K starts February 25, 2023.
Whether it's your first race or 100th, we will be there for you every step of the way to help you get to, not only the starting line, but the finish line happy and healthy! Our experienced coaches will teach you how to run with proper form, offer advice on nutrition and hydration, as well as injury prevention and recovery. The group camaradarie and accountability will help you on those days when you are less motivated!
Half marathon participants should be able to run 5 miles comfortably at the start of the training to fully benefit from this program. 10K participants should be able to run 3 miles comfortably at the start of the training to fully benefit from this program.
