Description: If you have always thought of doing a 10K or half marathon, come train with us! Our 13 week 10K and half marathon training program is specifically designed to prepare runners and run/walkers for the 10K (6.2 miles) or half (13.1 miles) distance. First run is on August 4 and starting at 2 miles (10K) and 6 miles (half) and each week increases by a mile. You are welcome to attend the first training prior to registering.
