Training is easier (and more fun) with friends. Fleet Feet’s Distance Training Program offers a supportive, expert-led plan to help you cross the finish line feeling confident and empowered. You’ll learn how to tackle hills and trails, fuel efficiently, build strength, and balance training with rest and recovery. Along the way, you’ll train with a motivating community, grow together, and exceed your own expectations every step of the journey.

Program Length: 12 weeks
- We're preparing for the Annadel 10k and Half Marathon but we welcome runners in our community training for other races and are happy to adjust your plan to meet your goals.
WORKOUT SCHEDULE/STRUCTURE
- Tuesday Evenings at 5:30 pm: Group Workouts
- Saturday Mornings at 8:00 am: Group Long Runs
- Location: Meeting locations will vary and will be communicated through email and training plan. PLEASE NOTE: We will be hitting the trails! Route maps will be sent before each run and runners will be responsible for knowing their routes. We are not allowed to mark trail routes in Annadel.

- 10K group is intermediate level with some trail running experience. Must be able to comfortably run a 5K (about three miles) in under 50 minutes.
- Half Marathon group is perfect for those who are familiar with trail running and can comfortably. complete a 10K (about 6 miles)
