FLEET FEET TRAINING GROUPS

Fleet Feet’s 2026 Spring Distance Training Program is starting soon!
You’ll find a holistic training plan to help you cross the finish line feeling empowered. Distance training isn’t just about logging miles. It’s about learning to challenge yourself incrementally, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. With our training plan you and your fellow runners will bond as you train, learn, and improve together with plenty of support along the way. We invite you to be a part of our awesome running community and exceed your own expectations!
PROGRAM DETAILS
HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- 12 weeks of training with our expert coaches
- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- Tips on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more
- Coaching support in person and via email to answer your questions along the way.

Program Length: 12 weeks
- We're preparing for the Annadel 10k and Half Marathon - We welcome all runners in our community who may be training for other races and are happy to adjust your plan to meet your goals.
WORKOUT SCHEDULE/STRUCTURE
- Tuesday Evenings at 5:30 pm: Group Workouts
- Saturday Mornings at 7:45 am: Group Long Runs
- Location: Meeting locations will vary and will be communicated through email and training plan
