Winter/Spring Half Marathon, 10K + 5K Training Program

With Fleet Feet’s Half Marathon, 10K + 5K Training Program , you’ll find a holistic training plan to help you cross the finish line feeling empowered. 

Training for a race isn’t just about logging miles. It’s about learning to challenge yourself incrementally, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. So join us for one of three offered training plans this fall, where you and your fellow runners will bond as you train, learn and improve together, with plenty of support along the way. 

Kick off your 2026 with one of three 12-week training plans, all leading up to the Beach and Bay 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon Race Series on April 11, 2026. We will be offering a half marathon training program, designed to get you across the finish line and through 13.1 smooth and injury-free miles, a 10K, designed to help you take your current running abilities and fine-tune them in pursuit of either your next 5K PR or your best 10K performance, and an intro 5K, designed to get you up and moving in order to successfully complete a 5K race at any pace. All three groups will meet on Tuesdays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 8am every week, while additional days of cross-training and running are built into the schedule to help you achieve success both during guided and solo runs. 

Here’s what you can expect:

• 12 weeks of twice-weekly group training sessions with our expert coaches 
• In-person support from our extensive group of coaches and mentors to provide guidance, accountability, camaraderie and fun
• Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
• Resources to help you build weekly strength routines to make you strong and resistant to injury
• Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
