Fleet Feet San Diego is hosting a FREE Summer Series training program aimed at making you a faster, stronger runner!
During this 8-week program, we will guide you through workouts that are specifically orchestrated to help you build speed. Each session will be lead by a coach, and you'll get in-depth information on proper running form, proper mechanics, dynamic warm-up routines, strength-building, and more.
Join us for up to 3 FREE weekly workouts.
Round out your training by attending all three workouts, or pick and choose your days to fit your Summer schedule:
- Each workout will start and end at Fleet Feet Sports San Diego (5980 Village Way Suite B108, 92130). Expect to jog for ~1/2 mile to various workout locations.
- Plan for each weekday run/workout to last 1 hour on average.
