Rocking and Rollin Half-Marathon Training
During the Spring season we'll be gearing up for one of San Diego's premier races, Rock N Roll San Diego on June 2, 2018! This full 12-week program is designed to get you ready for a true PR on an exciting and challenging course.
This training group is geared towards all ability levels for 5k from true beginners to clock-beaters, and all levels for half-marathon. If you choose to train for the half-marathon distance, we ask that you come having completed a 5k and a 10k in the past year.
Join our group of friendly, knowledgeable coaches and fit specialists for two weekly workouts (Tuesday evening at 6:15 p.m. and Saturday morning at 8:15 a.m.), weekly clinics and bonus events. The training program will initiate on Saturday March 17, 2018 and will culminate on June 2, 2018. That's a FULL twelve weeks of group runs, tips, advice, community fun, and other benefits!
