For beginners, Intermediate, and advanced runners
This group will meet every Saturday at the Quarry location at 7am. The purpose of this program is to begin acclimating to heat, building our cardiovascular base and improving overall strength and endurance. We will have a marked route and a time-based run. We will finish our run with a group strength/core workout and stretching. Group will not meet on July 17 as that is a race day.
