Come Train With Us!
This session is designed for all levels of runners - beginners are encouraged to join. We will focus on cardiovascular base building and heat acclimation to prepare for fall training. Our weekly group runs give you the accountability you need to stay on track during the summer.
We will meet at the Quarry location with some rotating Saturdays at local running paths.
A complete training plan will be provided for you to follow on days we do not meet as a group.
As a special offer, if you join our fall session before June 30, you can get get the summer session for $20. Our summer session begins June 24 - and we will meet every Saturday morning and a few special weekend workouts TBD. Most of the meet-ups will be from the Quarry store with a few destination runs sprinkled throughout the session.
