About This Program
Work with Fleet Feet with the intention of not just being able to run longer distances easier but also faster.
This is achieved by still running slow on the easy days but also making use of tailored speed and quality workouts to get more comfortable being uncomfortable.
Coached by Trenton Workman. A competitive half marathon runner who graduated from UTSA with a bachelors in Kinesiology and Exercise physiology. Having experience in all distances ranging between the 1600 meter mile race to the 80k 50 mile distance.
