About This Program
This program is an all-levels training program designed to get you to your best (or first!) ever Half Marathon.
This program is open to all levels of runner and includes a detailed training program through Final Surge, a detail oriented digital platform made just for runners.
The group will meet together at the Fleet Feet- Quarry location every Saturday morning at 6:30am and Wednesday evenings at 7pm. Saturdays are focused on building mileage and community with a group run and Wednesday nights will focus on increasing speed and strength with track style workouts and dynamic body weight training.
Yoga will be offered the first Sunday of every month to increase recovery and help prevent injury.
