With Fleet Feet’s Training Program Powered by On, you’ll follow a holistic training plan designed to help you build the habits, mindset and fitness you need to cross the finish line feeling strong and empowered. Training for a full or half marathon isn't just about logging miles. It’s about facing challenges, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. With our program, you’ll connect with other runners, grow together and benefit from expert Fleet Feet running coaches every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect:
- A training plan tailored to your goal available through Final Surge.
- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun every Saturday Morning for our group long runs and every Wednesday night to build speed and strength through track style workouts and dynamic strength training.
- 2X weekly strength routines to build strength and prevent injury available through Final Surge.
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training including yoga for runners the first Sunday of each month.
- Our sponsors ON will offer:
