Winter Training with Fleet Feet San Antonio
$50 (one time fee)
This session will include a training program on one of three focused groups.
This group will have a graduated run/walk interval program. A coach will be timing intervals and guiding this group for the first 4 Saturdays. This is designed for people who have never run, or someone coming back from a long break from running. This group will start with a 20-minute workout consisting of running for 1 minute and walking for 2. A coach will be leading this program to ensure safe progress each week.
10K or Half Marathon Training
This group will have a training plan that is designed to peak for a 10K or Half Marathon on March 4 (Alamo 13.1) NOTE: The 10K group will need to be able to comfortably complete 3 miles at the beginning of the session, Half Marathon group starts with 5 miles.
Saturday Morning Group Run
This option is for those who just want a group run on Saturday mornings with a marked course, fun people, and a reason to set your alarm!
All training plans will be available the first week of the session so you will be able to follow along on your own for any Saturdays you are not able to join the group.
Most Saturdays we will meet at the Quarry location, but there will be other destination runs on local running paths.
