Training programs designed to help you reach your goals through quality coaching and community support.
For safety reasons, we will be limiting the size of this group. If we need to adjust start times to keep the group small we will do that as necessary. Masks are required while we are gathering or while in the store, but not while running.
We will meet twice a week and focus on building your best 5K or 10K time. Wednesday nights will focus on speed and strength work and Saturday mornings will be your long run. You will receive daily workouts to do on the days we do not meet as a group. Our goal race will be the "Krispy Kreme 5K/10K" but we will also do a final run together should that race get cancelled or if you don't want to participate in an organized race.
