Get ready to rock your fall training with Fleet Feet

Sunday, August 20 at the Quarry location  | Starts at 7:00am

Join us Sunday, August 20, 7am, at the Quarry for a social run and shoe demo.  Runners will have the option to choose from multiple shoe vendors for the run.  

Visit all the vendors to win prizes.  Attendees must RSVP to participate in Demo Day.  

We will have reps from several of our favorite brands that we carry. You will be able to speak with some healthcare professionals that we work with and learn more about some of our amazing community organizations.  There will also be coffee and breakfast  provided.  

This is the day to test out new prodcuts, learn more about some of the products we carry, and get more information about our training program starting the next weekend.  

Runners and walkers of all ages and paces are welcome to join us.

Vendors

STREET2FEET will be collecting your gently used running shoes and gear. They will also have information about their annual 5k.

OLMOS PARK PHYSIO will be there to help you with your running form, efficiency and information on their run analysis program as well as physical therapy services. Attendees will be entered into a raffle for 50% off a run analysis.

GIRLS on the Run will be there with information about their program and hoe to get involved, plus they'll have information on their fall 5k.

IN THE LOOP will be there with information on their run group and race, Y'all means All.

AIRROSTI - will be performing injury assessments and providng information on their physical therapy services.

SMUDGEHAWK HEALING - table/ chair massages

UPLIFT PHYSICAL THERAPY - information on pelvic floor physical therapy and other services.
