Do you have fitness goals, but need schedule flexibility? Can't meet up with the training group, but still want to be part of the Fleet Feet Training community? Then Fleet Feet Virtual Training is the program for you!
Join the inaugural session of Fleet Feet Virtual Training and help us launch a brand-new program designed help all athletes keep chasing their goals.
Fleet Feet Virtual Training is based on an 8-week training schedule with a specific start and end date, similar to Fleet Feet's in-person training programs. All virtual athletes will start the Virtual Training Program on the same day and work toward a common "race day" time frame.
After registering, you'll receive an invite to an easy-to-use online platform. Set up your profile by sharing some information about your current ability level and your goals. That information will help your coach match you with the optimal training schedule for you.
Once the virtual training program begins, you'll receive weekly assignments for running/walking, cross training, and recovery. Log each assignment using a simple text message or an app so your coaches can track your progress.
Your coaches will give you feedback every step of the way to keep you accountable and motivated. Have a question for your coach before a big workout? Use the app to contact your coach directly.
One you register, you'll have the option to join the Fleet Feet Virtual Training Facebook Group. You can socialize with other virtual athletes, share your accomplishments (and selfies!), and arrange meetups with other trainees.
Fleet Feet will host regular webinars on important training topics: recovery, strength training, fueling, and more. Join live to ask questions from the presenters, or watch the videos at a later date when it's convenient for you.
Even though you aren't training together in person, you'll still have your Virtual Training community to keep you moving and having fun!

We're new on the virtual training scene. We have a great program lined up for you, but we may still be working out some of the kinks.
