10K Training: Strut Your Stuffing!
Are you ready to lace up and "leaf" it all on the pavement with a crew that's as "run-derful" as you are? Whether you're a marathon master or just starting to fall for running, Turkey Trot 10K Training is where you'll find the motivation, camaraderie, and miles of smiles. Join us for weekly runs, fun events, and the chance to make new friends while "raking" in those fitness goals. Let’s go the distance together and make every mile matter!
Each group sets its sights on a local 10K race, but even if race day isn't in your plans, this group will help you establish a consistent running groove before winter hits.
Our expert coaches will guide you through proper posture, stride mechanics, breathing techniques, and more. Whether you're just turning over a new leaf in your running journey or fine-tuning your form, our sessions are designed to help you run smarter, not harder. Let's make every step a "run-tastic" success!
No running experience required! Runners, walkers, and run/walkers of all levels are welcome. There's a spot in our training group just "fall" you!

Need more coaching? Reach out to the Fleet Feet Training help desk at any time by emailing sactraining@fleetfeet.com.
Training Plan
Your 8-week training plan will provide daily assignments for running/walking, cross training, strength work, and recovery. The plan is periodized to gradually increase overall training volume while offering opportunities for your body to build back stronger, week after week.
Community
The camaraderie of training with a group week after week will take your training to the next level. When the training gets more rigorous, you'll have the collective strength of the group to keep you moving forward. When you crush a key workout, the group will be there to celebrate your achievement. And on those early morinings when you just don't feel like getting out of bed, the training group will keep you accountable.
Join the Fleet Feet Training community on Facebook to plan more group runs throughout the week, share your accomplishments (and selfies!), seek encouragement, and empower others with a like or a comment!
