Build Strength and Prevent Injury
Resilient Runner utilizes evidence-based principles of strength training for endurance runners to improve performance and prevent injury. Whether you are a new runner, retired runner, or veteran runner, Resilient Runner will help you become a stronger and more confident athlete. All shapes, sizes, and levels welcome! Coaches will tailor workouts to your individual ability level.
Classes are held twice a week, Monday and Thursday, 7:10 PM - 8:10 PM, at G6 Performance, 911 20th St, Sacramento, CA 95811. Resilient Runner begins August 7, 2023.
Description: Small group strength training program for runners of all levels

16 Class Punch Card: $22/class
Attend 16 classes between August 7 and November 23, 2023.
8 Class Punch Card: $25/class
Attend 8 classes between August 7 and November 23, 2023.
Drop in rate: $30/class
Attend any individual class between August 7 and November 23, 2023.
Fleet Feet's team of experienced coaches will check in with you at every workout to keep track of your progress, keep you motivated, and give you individualized feedback. Training groups will be small, so you'll have plenty of one-on-one time with your coach. Coaching will focus on proper technique for each exercise/movement.

The camaraderie of training with a group week after week will take your training to the next level. When the training gets more rigorous, you'll have the collective strength of the group to keep you moving forward. When you crush a key workout, the group will be there to celebrate your achievement. And on those days when you just don't feel like working out, the training group will keep you accountable.
