Welcome to week 7 of Summer Speed School + CIM 26-Week Training Program!
July 29 - August 4

This is the last week of the 8-week "Speed School" phase of CIM Training! Next week, the 18-week CIM training group will join you and you'll follow a new (or expanded) training plan.
A bigger training group means more people your pace that you can connect with!
Please help us welcome these new athletes to the group. They may not know the routine like you do, so please help them get things figured out.

 CIM Info Session (In-Person)

Monday, July 29th

If you weren't able to attend our first training info-session we had in early June, you have a second chance to join us Monday, July 29th at the Fleet Feet Sacramento strore from 7-9 PM and get the info you need for the next 18 weeks of training. Your coaches and mentors (as well as some new faces) will also be there to answer any questions you may have! We'll discuss the training plan, group practices, and more. The information session is for athletes training in Sacramento, Davis, and Elk Grove.

 Urban Cow Info Session (Virtual)

If you are in Summer Speed School and not quite ready for CIM, but want to move forward with your training, the Urban Cow Half Marathon Training Program might be a good fit for you!
Join us virtually via Zoom on Tuesday, July 30th for the Urban Cow Training Info Session from 5:30 - 6:30 PM.
The coaches and mentors will be there to answer any questions you may have!

Resilient Runner is a strength training class programmed by Dr. Kim of Lakás Physical Therapy & Performance led by Fleet Feet coaches.
Strength training will help you become a stronger athlete, regardless of your skill level!
