Are you looking for a way to start or restart your running? Join our 5K Run Club for a fun, supportive environment to kickstart your health goals. The program is geared toward beginning and intermediate level runners and can include intervals of walking and running with the goal of longer runs between the walk breaks.

INFORMATION NIGHT: Wednesday, Aug. 23rd 6:30 PM @ Fleet Feet Georgetown

TRAINING DATES: Aug. 30th - Oct. 28th, 2023

GEAR DAYS: Tuesday, Sept. 12th and Wednesday, October 18th. On these days you will receive a 10% discount on purchases excluding electronics. Please let your salesperson know you are part of the training group. 

GRADUATION RACE:  Spooky Sprint in Pflugerville, Saturday Oct. 28th *

PROGRAM PRICE: $75

This program includes:

Each participant will receive a coin per in-person check-in, each coin is equal to 1 dollar in the store during the training session.

Each participant will also receive a Fleet Feet t-shirt.

2 group training sessions per week held on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM and Saturdays at 7:00 AM

Clinics and demos with local professionals for running form, recovery, injury prevention, shoes, etc.

Training plans will be emailed weekly, along with a WhatsApp group used for updates, group discussions, and positive encouragement.
