2026 10K Winter Run Club- LEANDER

Hello Leander Runners!!
Thank you for running with us in our first Run Club Training program at Fleet Feet Leander!

Our Round Rock Run Clubs and training programs have assisted over 1400 runners in achieving their running goals. We do this by providing a supportive environment that makes runners and walkers of all levels and abilities feel welcome and supported. We are thrilled to bring our training program to Leander!

Your coach for this session will be Carolina Fleury

10K Training Program designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced runners.  It is a program designed to help you run a 10K.  It will include an educational and practical impact of different training techniques and tools to enjoy running further and improve your performance. There will be occasional clinics covering a wide range of topical issues on running, health, wellness, and nutrition from the area’s leading experts.

The training group will meet on Wednesday nights at 6:15 pm and Sunday mornings at 7 am.  Each session will start from Fleet Feet unless advised in advance. Due to the nature of the training and the distances involved, there will be more than one occasion where the training program may occur at alternate locations around Round Rock and Austin. Tuesday night runs will focus on speed or hill work and Saturday runs will focus on building distance. You will also receive a complete weekly schedule with 5 days of workouts listed to help prepare you for the challenge of running 6.2 miles.

The Graduation race will be the Cap 10K on April 12th, 2026. 

*The Race Fee is Not Included In the Price. If you would like to run the race with us, you must register* Please register with the Fleet Feet Round Rock team.

INFORMATION NIGHT- Wednesday, January 14th, 6:30 PM at Fleet Feet Leander

Training dates: January 21st - April 12th, 2026

Gear Day is Thursday, January 29th. On this day, you will receive a 10% discount on purchases excluding electronics. Please let your salesperson know you are part of the training group. 

The program’s price is $75

Each participant will receive a coin per in-person check-in, each coin is equal to 1 dollar in the store during the training session.

Each participant will also receive a Fleet Feet t-shirt.

Training plans are emailed weekly, and a Facebook page is used for updates, group discussions, and positive encouragement.
