Program Start: Tuesday, September 29th @ 6:30 PM
Program Schedule: Weekly training runs will be at 6:30pm on Tuesdays and 7:00am on Saturdays
Program Fee: $75 excluding race fee
Description: Join the Fleet Feet Running Club Fast 5K Fast program. The fast 5K Program will help you finish your fastest 5K. We will have speed work and hill training to help you improve your 5K time.
During this 10-week 5K Fast program we will meet you at your current fitness level and take you to the finish line!
This program includes:
2 group training sessions held on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM and Saturday at 7:00 AM
Training plans emailed weekly, along with a Facebook page used for updates, group discussions, and positive encouragement
