Join Fleet Feet Rockford for Spring Training!
Are you looking to increase your distance, take your running to another level, or reach a new goal and have fun doing it? Rockford Endurance Sports experienced couching staff and mentors can help you meet your goals this year. The Spring Training programs are designed to prepare runners for new distances, a first ever endurance event or assist seasoned runners meet a new performance goal.
This 10-13 week training program meets two times per week and includes education on endurance running principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. Our coaches can help you train for any spring race you choose and prepare you for the upcoming summer season!
Rockford Endurance Sports spring season will target:
- Lake Monona 20K (May 6) - 10 Week Program
- Soldier Field 10 (May 27) - 13 Week Program
- 10K program and 10 mile program
If you're training for another spring race, our coaches will work with you in altering the training plan to get your across your finish line!
