UrbanFIT Spring and Summer 2020
Mondays at 6pm
Challenge yourself with a 60-minute total body workout! This innovative workout blends strength training with limited running while using all the elements the great outdoors gives us - no fancy gym equipment needed! We'll incorporate stairs, hills, logs, benches - and who knows what else! If we can think it up, we'll do it! Bring water and get ready to move and sweat!
Time Commitment: Mondays, 6pm - 7pm
Cost: $30 per session
Length: Nine Week Sessions
Class Duration: 60-minute classes
Location: Locations rotate between Cobbs Hill Park, Ellison Park and Highland Park
