Trails Workout
Every Thursday at Feet Feet Victor, 6pm
Join us every Thursday at Fleet Feet Victor and the choice is yours.
You can run the Seneca Trail on and “out and back” route, or you can do road hill repeats on High Point Drive.
Both the trail and the road are just steps from our door!
You can walk, hike or run.
The trail route can be up to 3 miles out and back. And you have your choice on the number and distance of the hill repeats.
As Always, All Walkers and Runners Welcome!
No Registration Required, but you will need to check in to sign the waiver.
Just be back by 7PM
