We offer several options each week for everyone to enjoy FREE group workouts for runners and walkers.
All fitness levels and paces are welcome. No reservations required. Simply show up dressed to workout and you’re off!
Monday Fun Day Workouts - Mondays, 6pm at Ridgeway
Beat the Monday blahs with our Monday Fun Day group run/walk! Everyone's welcome to join in a 2 or 3 mile run/walk.
Tuesday Night Hill Workouts - Tuesdays, 6pm at The Armory
This is an excellent opportunity to put a hill workout into your week! Meet @ The Armory. We'll warm up to Cobbs Hill, do hill repeats, then cool down back to the store. All welcome! Perfect for runners and walkers.

Thursday Night Trails and Ales - Thursdays, 6pm at Victor
Weekly Trail run/walk at Victor, followed by casual gatherings at local pub/restaurants. Participants must check in and back out after workout.
Please note: Because we respect your time, all group workouts will start promptly at their designated start times. Plan accordingly if you need time beforehand to change or use the restrooms.
