  These items are our most critical needs, but all non perishable food is welcome.

  • Baking items- flour, sugar, cake and brownie mixes
  • Cooking oil
  • Canned peas
  • Canned pineapple
  • Canned beets
  • Canned potatoes
  • Pasta sauce
  • Pasta, whole wheat is NOT popular

  Hygiene Products Needed

  • Dish soap
  • Laundry soap
  • Any toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, shaving cream, lotion, etc.

BLACK FRIDAY, November 28th - Store Hours: 10AM - 7PM

• 9AM: The Famous FREE Black Friday Waffle Run/Walk at Fleet Feet @ The Armory
  
  • Enjoy a 3ish mile run/walk with post workout homemade waffles plus various toppings and Enjoy a Bounty of In-Store Savings
  • Waffle Run/Walk Sign Up Opens November 1st Here.  Please sign up if you plan on attending so we know how much batter to get.

• 8AM: The Weekly Pace Workout Special Edition Featuring the Selfie Bridge 6 Mile Route.  Paces from 9:30 min/mile to 14:30 min/mile.  Routes will bne provided
