Corporate Challenge Training Program

The Corporate Challenge Training Program is a 9 week training program designed to prepare you to run or walk the 2014 Corporate Challenge 3.5 mile event.

Program Requirements: you must be running or walking the 2104 Corporate Challenge with your company. Your company must be registered and participating in the event. 

Choose from two different training paths:

Walking only Training Program: Perfect for those who have no desire to run, but still want to be active and fit. The program is strictly walking and perfect for the beginner exerciser or advanced walker that can walk 3 miles. 

Learn to Run Training: A beginner 5K program designed to guide you safely and effectively into running. Perfect for people who don't run at all, have a hard time getting started or are unsure what to do. This program starts our walking and slowly builds into running, preparing you for the 2014 3.5 mile corporate challenge. 

 Training starts on Saturday, April 5th! 

The Program includes:

  • Kick off on Saturday, April 5th at Fleet Feet Sports Armory at 9:30am 
  • 8 Tuesday Fleet Feet Sports Coached workouts at 5:45pm at the Culver Road Armory 
  • 8 Saturday Fleet Feet Sports Coached workouts at 9:30am at the Culver Road Armory
  • Online training tool workoutlog for independent training: and also to track progress, communicate with coaches, daily email reminders and full training program instructions. 
  • 9 week training plan 
  • Fleet Feet Sports tech shirts, and ideal base layer for your  training 
  • Coupons 
  • Informational emails relevant to your training
