FREE Women’s Running Clinic- 5 Elements for a Successful Training Season
Ladies, we all know that our bodies are built differently than men and we also think differently. So, why should we be following the same training regimen as men? The answer is, we shouldn’t be! We will be focusing on 5 elements that go into a successful training: running, mentality, strength training, nutrition, and recovery.
Join our own Bridget Seymour and author Ali Nolan on March 8th at 6:15 PM at Fleet Feet Roanoke for a FREE Women’s Clinic! Bridget benefited from using these 5 components during her marathon training and wants to share her story with you. The clinic will be centered around the book: Master the Marathon by Ali Nolan. Ali will be making a virtual appearance to share her experience and answer any questions you have! There will be a fun surprise at the end of the clinic for 5 lucky participants!

When you register for the clinic there will be an optional section for you to submit a question that you would like Ali to answer during the clinic. If you don’t have any questions when signing up, but you think of one during the clinic, there will be a chance for you to ask then!
