Westhampton: Wednesday, January 8th at 6pm Short Pump: Saturday, January 11th at 8pm
For our 2020 training, we will offer two programs - No Boundaries and 5k Fast. No Boundaries is geared towards the beginner runner and utilizes intervals to train. 5k Fast is designed to increase your speed while getting you ready to run our goal race in March. These two programs will meet together and take place concurrently.
Training begins on January 22nd and will continue on Wednesdays and Saturdays through Saturday, March 21st.
The information sessions are a great opportunity to learn more about Fleet Feet Running Club and meet your coaches.
