We all deal with stress in our daily lives. What if we told you that we could help you manage that stress? On July 28th at 6:30pm, we're hosting a Stress Management Clinic. Dr. Kelly McDonald of Advanced Wellness Centre will join us to teach participants tools for coping with stress and getting their health back on track.
Stress can lead to a wide range of illnesses, including headaches, stomach pains, and depression. It can also play a role in more serious illnesses such as heart disease and stroke. Additionally, it can contribute to weight gain, aging, and injuries, among other things. Dr. McDonald will teach you how to take time for yourself each day to recharge and reset your mind.
