Improve your fitness level with ourNO BOUNDARIES™ IItraining program sponsored byNew Balance! This program is designed for graduates of our NO BOUNDARIES™ program, and for those who are able to run 3 miles at a steady pace with limited walk breaks.
This 10-week training program is designed to teach you more advanced running techniques and to help you continue on your running journey in the supportive environment NO BOUNDARIES is famous for. In NO BOUNDARIES II, we want to help you beat your previous personal records and set new goals for yourself, all the while providing guidance, motivation, weekly group training runs, and more advanced educational clinics. We will cover topics designed to help you improve your 5k time such as proper pacing and good form, as well as building on previous topics like nutrition, choosing the right gear, and injury prevention.
Our goal race for the next No Boundaries 2.0 training group will be the 2015 HCA Virgina 8K on November 14th.
To help you better understand what to expect, three informational meetings will be hosted at Fleet Feet Richmond.
Monday, August 31st at 6pm (Short Pump) Saturday, September 5th at 9am (Westhampton)
Please note that info sessions are not mandatory. Registered and Non-Registered participants are welcome.
A kickoff celebration & training will be held at our Short Pump location at 8:00 am onSaturday, September 19th.
