Our 5 Mile Mt. Shasta Program meets for group training runs and offers optional, supplemental training one night a week. We begin late May and train for 5 weeks to get ready for Mount Shasta's annual 4th of July 5 Mile Race.
Group training is a great way to get motivated and stay accountable! This training group is open to all ages and experience levels. Coaching includes form, nutrition, pacing, and injury prevention tips!
We will be accepting registrations starting in April 2016
