Spring Training Programs Begin Janurary 17th 2023

This is a beginner/intermediate training program for runners that want to achieve the goal of finishing a 10k or a 10 miler. For experienced runners, looking for more intensive speed training at this distance, check out our PR Squad!
We'll meet as a group on Tuesday evenings to complete various speed workouts, and on Saturday mornings for long runs. You'll benefit from having the support of a large group of participants, mentors, and coaches on every group run. You'll also learn how to properly fuel for your race, avoid common running mistakes, supplement your running with strength work and cross training, and much, much more!
Goal Races:
Our goal races are the Tar Heel 10 miler and the Cooper River Bridge 10k.
We will be targeting the Tar Heel 10 miler and the Cooper River Bridge 10k, but welcome you to train for any other race during this time.
Pace groups:
We offer 6 pace groups to best suit your training:
Sub 9 minute/mile
9-10 minute /mile
10-11 minute/mile
11-12 minute /mile
12-13 minute / mile
Run/Walk
No walking group.
Program starts January 17th - April 22nd.
This is a 14 week program.
Tuesday workouts will begin at 6pm at Fleet Feet.
Saturday workouts will begin at 7am at various locations in the area.
Cost: $135. Does not include the race fee.
