Next Session Begins January 23rd, 2024
The PR Squad starts Tuesday, January 23rd and is 13 weeks long. This program is designed for participants who have completed at least one race at their goal distance and would like to participate in intense group workouts to increase endurance and speed at this distance.
If you want to train hard to aim for a new PR, this program is for you! We'll meet as a group on Tuesday evenings to complete various intense workouts meant to maximize your fitness before race day; these include hill repeats, time-based intervals, and tempo runs. On Saturday mornings, we'll meet with a larger group for long runs designed to incorporate mileage at your race pace. You'll benefit from having the support of a dedicated group of fellow goal-chasers within a larger group of runners. We'll also discuss race fueling, pacing strategies, how to support your running with strength work and cross training, and much, much more!
