With our program, you’ll connect with other runners, grow together and benefit from expert Fleet Feet running coaches every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect:
- A training plan tailored to your goal: 12 weeks for a half marathon
- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- 2X weekly strength routines to build strength and prevent injury
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
- Tips from pro athletes on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more

Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 7am
Goal Race:
City of Oaks Half Marathon
Program Fee: $130 excluding race fee
Description: This program is designed to train participants to complete their first half marathon or improve on their time.
