Core Run is an 8-week program for the runner/walker that wants to maintain their fitness and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Core run training will be a combination of speed, strength, and endurance. This program does not have a specific goal race or distance. This program is sponsored by On.
- Meets Tuesday nights at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30am
- Tuesday workouts will focus on speed and strength
- Saturday workouts will focus on endurance
Core Run Program includes:
- Experienced Coaches and mentors who will guide and motivate you through each workout.
- Organized group workouts.
- Weekly email motivation, communication, and training tips.
- Two weekly meet ups. Tuesday night at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30am.
