Breakfast Club is a great way to stay motivated during the summer. Every Saturday for 6 weeks we will meet at different coffee houses in the area at 7:30am. This program is open to all levels. You are welcome to run, run/walk or walk the routes. Mileage will vary depending on location. After the run we will cover different topics related to running and enjoy breakfast with friends.
