Pop-Up Fitness Classes with Title Boxing Club

We're not limited to running around here! This month we'll host two 45-minute fitness classes led by Title Boxing. These classes are free and open to all ages. No boxing experience necessary!

The workout will include:

- 7 minute cardio-based warm up: squats, lunges, and jumping jacks to get you loose and your heart rate up
- 8 rounds of boxing-related HIIT activities - mitt work, shadow boxing, etc. (3 minutes per round)
- 7 minutes of core work - planks, 6 inches, and sit ups
