Hitting the Trail: Summer Running Program
Looking for ways to avoid the hot pavement but stay active this summer? Check out our summer trail running program!
Starting June 17th, this 6-week group training program meets Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am at various locations around the Raleigh area. It's a great way to learn trail running tips and tricks, meet new running buddies, and explore some of our favorite local trails, all while staying (mostly) in the shade!
The program is capped at 50 participants. It requires some running experience.
