My recent visit was excellent. The sales person(female) listened to my needs, used the foot scanner and presented me with my options. I purchased Brooks Adrenaline shoes and have been wearing them throughout the last two days. My feet feel so supported and I am not experiencing the discomfort I was prior to this purchase!

I loved the 3D scan of my feet and the associate gave thorough advice. I actually took the first pair I picked back and they were very helpful in getting me the best shoes. I went with the Brooks ghost and I love them so far!

This was my second trip. My first visit was better because my profile was checked to see which shoes were the best fit for my feet and my stance. I was encouraged to try three different shoes to find which one I liked better and was even allowed to jog a few steps to try them out. That was why I wanted to go back this time. This second trip, I felt rushed. It was almost like whatever could be done to get me in and out. The sales rep was nice and smiling, but I had to ask him if I could try a second pair. He saw that I was wearing an old pair of Brooks, so that was the first one he brought out, which was fine. Once I realized that was about all the service I was going to get, I just told him I would take the newer version of Brooks. I could really have done that myself at a more local store or online and skipped the trip to Fleet Feet where I was expecting more professional advice and assistance. The shoes are great though.

I went to Fleet Feet to have my foot properly measured and my gait analyzed, as well as someone who actually seemed knowledgeable about the shoe and to actually give me educated input instead of agree with what I thought (because I don't know as well as they should) and I got none of that. The fellow who was assigned me for my appointment took no measurements, didn't ask to see my gait, and didn't have any added insight to offer on shoes, despite me bringing in two pairs of my previous shoes and explaining why my now previous shoes aren't working (they're only a month old, but I can't return through Amazon). A lady who wasn't even assigned to me seemed like she was more knowledgeable than the fellow helping me when she was just making comments while passing by in between helping other customers. I actually ended up walking out with the exact shoe, in the exact size, in the exact colors as I had in my Amazon cart for $30 cheaper. I did by it from FF instead of Amazon because if it doesn't work, which I'm not sure it will since I didn't actually get fit for the shoe, at least I can return\exchange in the next 60 days.. I was pretty disappointed after the website described all sorts of effort and technology used to get in depth measurement and proper fit shoes, none of which was used during my appointment.
